Solution:
Type the following commands at a command prompt set DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1 devmgmt.msc Then in the device manager go View - Show Hidden Devices. Then find the grayed out Network Adapter and right click on it and delete. Then your are good. |
