The address list service on the server is not running

An Exchange 2007 server on which an address list service is active cannot be found.

Unable to Connect Disconnected Mailbox

An Exchange 2007 server on which an address list service is active cannot be found.

Solution:
START Services.msc

Then Start the Service - Microsoft Exchange System Attendant

 

Now you can connect the disconnected mailbox.
