Login to the server , open the Windows SBS Console , Open the Users and Groups tab. Open up the user in question Go to the computer Tab , then tick the box “Can Remotely access this computer” on the computers you wish to make available to the user. Setting the user as Local Administrator on these computers through this screen will automatically tick the “Can Remotely access this computer” box and grey it out.
