problem:

A HP printer prints only one copy of a job when multiple copies are requested.

Seen on HP LaserJet 1300 and 4 series printers.  Possibly affects all HP printers using the universal Windows 7 driver.

solution:

Open Devices and Printers, right click on the printer and right click on Printer Properties

Click Device Settings tab


Set "Mopier" and "Job Storage" options both to disabled.
