Terminal Server Remote Desktop Remote Control.  Access Denied\"

Solution:

Was having a similar issue where administrators could perform remote control but regular users get \"Access Denied\".

Here are the steps I took to get it working:

    1. Open \"Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration\"

    2. Double click on \"RDR-Tcp\" in Connections box

    3. Set your remote control setting in \"Remote Control\" tab

    4. Click \"Security\" tab

    5. Click \"Advance\"

    6. Double click on \"Remote Desktop Users\"

    7. Check Allow \"Remote Control\" and \"Messages\" checkboxes

    8. Click OK -> OK then Reboot

I wanted to give all Remote Desktop Users ability to remote control, but if you want to give specific user or group remote control access, just add them and set the same access.
