Exchange 2013 SP Installer fails on \"Set the default Accepted domain from the default recipient policy\"

Solution:

    Exchange Shell run
    get-emailaddresspolicy

You will see any that have RecipientFilter \"Alias -ne $null\"
Those are the ones you will want to remove from ADSIEDIT

ADSIEDIT and browse to the object under Configuration>Services>Microsoft Exchange> Your ORG Name>Recipient Policies
    Delete the old policy
    when you rerun setup.exe /preparead

You have to close exchnage shell and open it back up then run

    get-emailaddresspolicy

If it looks all good then you can install from command line first

    setup /preparealldomains /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

    Then run regular setup
