Remote Desktop does not work just spinning RDPDD.dll failed to load ...
Remote Desktop does not connect when you try it it just comes back without any error message just spins for a second and nothing happens.

RDP would act like its trying to connect (orange bar is moving, address box grayed out) for just one or two seconds and then it just stopped and went back to the normal beginning screen with the address box and everything. No new window for logging in, no error message. In the event viewer of her office computer (the one she is connecting to) there is a ton of information-only messages saying: Application popup: : \\SystemRoot\\System32\\RDPDD.dll failed to load

Solution:
    You can fix this bug by increasing the size of the session image space via a registry key. Add the following key:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Session Manager\\Memory Management]

    \"SessionImageSize\"=dword:00000020

    0x20 == 32 MB works for my testing

    if that doesn\'t work try increasing the session memory size.
    00000020 = 32MB
    00000040 = 64MB
    00000060 = 96MB
    00000080 = 128MB
