Domain controller Active Directory MMC Crashes 

- Windows Server 2003 R2, Enterprise and Standard x64 Edition

This error always occurs:

MMC has detected an error in a snap-in.

It is recommended that you shut down and restart MMC.

Remove Windows Support Tools from the domain controller and or the Server that is having problem.   You do not even have to reboot that solves it.
