problem:  When attempting to delete messages from an IMAP account in Outlook you receive "The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted."

solution:




In Outlook:







FILE - Account Settings - Account Settings - Change - More Settings - Advanced







Where it says Folders - Root folder path:




Enter: inbox
