problem: Install Cisco AnyConnect on Windows machines
Solution:
solution: open web-browser and go to https://vpn.domainname.net/com (TKFast will provide that information
from there input your username and password that was provied by TKFast in the logon area
Once there it will detect with version of the software to install
you will need to select the blue hyper link in the center then save/run the file
you will want to run the program if prompted
once the wizard starts you will need to accept terms and conditions and select next
Once it finishes program will be located in the start menu under Cisco folder
To prevent any issues connecting click on the gears icon and then go to the preferences tab and uncheck the block connections to untrusted servers option
In the box above you will need put in vpn.yourdomainname.com/net (TKFast will give this to you) its the same address as what web address you put in but without the "https://"
you will put the same username and password in as you did to download the software.
