iDRAC Service Module (iSM) is a lightweight software service that better integrates operating system (OS) related features with iDRAC and can be installed on Dell EMC 12th or later generations of PowerEdge servers. iSM has very little impact on the host processor and smaller memory footprint than "in-band" agents such as Dell EMC OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA), thus expanding iDRAC management into supported host operating systems. If none of the above steps work, then you can uninstall OMSA, take a backup and delete files keystore.db, omsa.jar.bak, ompref.jar.bak in C:ProgramDataDell folder. Then do a fresh installation of OMSA.
