problem:  Cannot send/receive using Outlook 2010.  May occur in other versions also.

 Error sending: 0x8004010F 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed'

solution:  The mail profile is corrupt.

 

Close Outlook.  Go to Control Panel, Mail, Profiles, select the profile listed and click Delete.

 

Reopen Outlook.  It will prompt you for a new profile name and will require setting the account(s) back up.
